Starplex – Toronto
Starplex has been manufacturing in the Etobicoke facility for over 30 years, during which time we have expanded and upgraded the manufacturing and warehouse areas. This 135,000 square foot facility houses molding, media production, labeling and packaging. The facility is MDSAP and ISO 13485 certified for the manufacture of microbial and viral collection and transportation Medical Devices as well as FDA Interstate Milk Shipper (IMS) and FSSC 22000 certified for food packaging components, supplying high quality plastic components to the pharmaceutical, nutriceutical and food packaging industries.

Starplex – Montreal
The facility is 34,500 sq. ft, currently housing both injection blow molding (IBM) and extrusion blow molding (EBM) lines.
The plant is ISO 9001: 2015 certified, HACCP and FDA Interstate Milk Shipper (IMS) certified for the manufacture of high quality plastic components for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, cosmetic and personal care industries following certified Good Manufacturing Practice compliance.

Starplex – Tennessee
Starplex Scientific Corp. began manufacturing in Cleveland, Tennessee in the spring of 2008. This state-of-the-art 72,000 square foot manufacturing facility features fully automated molding, packaging and warehousing capabilities. This plant specializes in injection and injection blow molding processes as well as the manufacture and labelling of sterile and non-sterile disposable plastic specimen collection and transportation systems for medical and in vitro diagnostic testing. Centrally located at the intersection of I75 and I90 near Chattanooga, we can supply most of the eastern United States within one day of transport. Our location allows us the flexibility to expand the facility as growth requires. A railroad spur is conveniently located in our own backyard.
